The front leg of the cow is washed and cut into large pieces.
Pour the water into the pot. After the heat is heated, put the beef in, boil it in boiling water, and remove it.
After the boiled sirloin is removed, soak it in cold water and let the beef shrink.
Pour the appropriate amount of water into the casserole, heat it on high heat, and then add spices, onion ginger, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and spiced powder. Bring the beef into the boil and continue to cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.
Turn into a small fire until the meat is cooked. Use a chopstick to tie it and you can pass it through.
Remove the beef pieces and leave them in a ventilated, cool place for about 2 hours.
Pour the cooled beef into a boiled soup and simmer for half an hour. After the simmer is finished, it can be cut after cooling.
